Terms and Conditions

Website Design

  1. All content is to be provided by the client, unless Webture has been assigned to assist
    • Logo
    • Copy
      • Company profile
      • Company contact information
      • Pages copy
    • Images
      • Webture provides images graphic design services if required
    • Product / service information
    • Product prices if applicable
  2. A website brief is required for website design
  3. Website is not placed live until final sign off / approval is received
  4. Payment – 50% deposit > 50% balance upon completion. Deposit deems acceptance and is non-refundable.
  5. Website is not placed live until full balance is received
  6. All copy to be original, company information
  7. We do not accept responsibility for content provided by client which has been plagiarised
  8. Renewal on domain names is done annually and client shall be billed for renewal accordingly
  9. Design Credit: A link to Webture will appear in either small type or by a small graphic at the bottom of the Client’s website.
  10. Webture hereby excludes itself, its Employees and or Agents from all and any liability from:
    • Loss or damage caused by any inaccuracy;
    • Loss or damage caused by omission;
    • Loss or damage caused by delay or error, whether the result of negligence or other cause in the production of the web site;
    • Loss or damage to clients’ artwork/photos, supplied for the site. Immaterial whether the loss or damage results from negligence or otherwise.
    • The entire liability of Webture to the Client in respect of any claim whatsoever or breach of this Agreement, whether or not arising out of negligence, shall be limited to the charges paid for the Services under this Agreement in respect of which the breach has arisen.
  11. Any additional Terms and conditions that appear on your final quotation and or invoice shall apply

Website Maintenance and SEO campaigns

  1. Payment and work is done on a month-to-month basis
  2. Work commences upon payment therefore if payment is delayed the work shall inly commence once payment has been made.
  3. Clients may opt out of their monthly retainer agreements with one months’ notice
  4. Monthly performance / insights reports will be sent to clients
  5. Any additional Terms and conditions that appear on your final quotation and or invoice shall apply
